Testing DarwinFPV BabyApe III (V3) - My Favourite Budget 3" Just Got Upgraded. Better or Worse?

To be completely honest, this quad is cheap—and it feels cheap. The hardware and QC aren’t the greatest, and you can tell DarwinFPV cut corners wherever possible. The battery fitting issue is also annoying, and the VTX antenna really needs an upgrade. That said, it does fly reasonably well for a quad that costs only $145. Personally, I still prefer the BabyApe II (V2). It’s much more powerful and flies brilliantly out of the box. The V2 is roughly the same price as the V3 and still under 250g. I think it's still available from both AliExpress and DarwinFPV, so that’s the one I’d recommend instead. Get the Darwin Baby Ape 2 from: AliExpress: https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_Dl9...
