Automated multi-lane depositing couldn't be easier! Use the depositor of your choice, add a manifold (customized by UNIFILLER to your specific needs), a conveyor and a photo sensor. The detection of the moulds or forms is managed by the photo sensor for automated non-stop depositing. A customized guiderail at the beginning of the conveyor makes it easy to accurately center your forms and a buffer table at the end of the line gives time and space for further product handling. That makes working more relaxed for your production staff. You can use this concept on our Mini Filling Line but also an any other conveyor, that fits your needs.
