Still TERRIBLE? | Avanti West Coast - have they improved?

Hello & welcome to a different sort of video - today I debate whether or not Avanti West Coast is still one of Britain's worst train operating companies! This video is in no way blaming the staff as they do a great job and I understand why they strike - I am, however, blaming the management of Avanti & the Department for Transport/the government. However, it seems things might be on the up... This video in no way is meant to offend or have a go at the company or its staff members (who are absolutely lovely), it is just a video explaining the poor performance of Avanti.
