감자(2개) 한입 크기로 자르고 물 잠기게 부어주고 소금(1티스푼)넣고 15~20분 끓여주고 감자 물기빼고 으깨어줍니다. 양파(1개)다져주고 소금(1/2티스푼)넣고 충분히 볶아줍니다. 소고기갈은거(200g),진간장(2스푼),청주(2스푼) 설탕(1스푼)넣고 볶아줍니다. 감자으깬거,양파볶은거,소고기볶은거 섞어주고 동그랗고 납작하게 모양 만들어주고 밀가루 입히고 계란물에 담그고 빵가루 묻혀 튀겨줍니다. #고로케 #간식 #반찬 #튀김
