Issuing a Credit Memo in Quickbooks Online and Applying It to Invoices

In this video I discuss using credit memos in Quickbooks Online. Credit memos are used to issue a credit to a customer for a variety of reasons. When creating a credit memo Quickbooks will try to automatically apply it to invoices.
