Like every year, he was leaving with his family, preparing for Shabbat, the meat, the villa, and everything else that needed to be arranged. That year, he had bought his wife a magnificent diamond necklace. But while making the preparations, she realized she had lost the necklace. She was devastated and in tears. Her husband then said to her, “Kapara. Perhaps this was meant to happen to us. Perhaps God wanted to spare us something else…” But despite everything, they decided to return to the site, praying to God. However, the place was teeming with people: thousands of passersby, a subway nearby, and constant comings and goings. Finding such a piece of jewelry seemed impossible.
