⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 電飯煲馬蹄糕 材料: 馬蹄半斤 馬蹄粉120克 片糖50克 冰糖100克 玻璃盤(約有800毫升的容量,及可以放入電飯煲) 處理: 1. 馬蹄,切兩端,去皮,清水浸,清水洗乾淨,用菜刀拍碎。 2. 在玻璃盤內加入800毫升的清水。 3. 預備馬蹄粉,加入清水300毫升,攪勻。 4. 在電飯煲內加入500毫升的清水,煲滾用作煮糖水之用。 5. 馬蹄粉水,盡量攪勻,過濾到另一個碗內,放一邊。 6. 在電飯煲內加入清水200毫升,煮滾,加入片糖50克及冰糖100克,煮溶。 7. 關掉電飯煲電源。 8. 馬蹄粉水,先用一半份量,加入糖水內,不停攪拌至糊狀,再加入剩下的馬蹄粉水,不停攪拌至糊狀。 9. 馬蹄粒,加入馬蹄粉漿內,不停攪拌至糊狀。 10. 在玻璃盤內,掃上少許油。 12. 馬蹄粉漿,倒入玻璃盤內。 烹調: 1. 在電飯煲內,注入200毫升的滾水,及放蒸架。 2. 馬蹄糕,封上錫紙,放入電飯煲,用“標準煮飯”功能,煮30分鐘。 3. 馬蹄糕已煮好,用牙簽穿過錫紙,沒有黏住牙簽的話,表示已熟透。 4. 馬蹄糕已蒸好,從電飯煲取出,攤凍,放入雪櫃,冷藏一晚。 5. 第二天,取出馬蹄糕,切件,就可食用。 6. 完成,可享用。 Water chestnut cake with rice cooker Ingredients: Water chesternuts 0.5 catty Water chesternut powder 120g Slab sugar 50g Rock sugar 100g Glass ware (about 800ml of the volume, and can be put in rice cooker) Preparation: 1. Stir continuously until it becomes thick. 9. Water chestnut cubes, add into the water chestnut sauce. Stir continuously until it turns thick. 10. Brush little oil in the glass ware. 12. Water chestnut sauce, pour into the ware. Steps: 1. Add in 200ml of boiled-up water in the rice cooker. Put steaming rack at the same time. 2. Water chestnut cake, cover up with aluminum foil. Put in the cooker. Use "standard cooking" mode, cook for 30 minutes. 3. The cake has been cooked well, use a toothpick to pinch through the foil. It has been cooked well if it is not sticked to the toothpick. 4. The cake has been cooked well, take it from the cooker. Wait for cooling down. Put in refrigerator for 8-12 hours. 5.
