Hibara, Okutama-machi, Nishitama-gun, Tokyo. The only road to Hibara, the Hibara Highway, is an old road that was once used. You can see the tracks of the Okutama Industrial Towing Line from the bridge. Beyond the bridge are the Shirotae Rocks and a hand-dug tunnel.
