Darien, IL ACA Hurricane-130 Update: Mysterious Horn Movement

I decided to stick to my word last week and come back to this siren for the second attempt at filming its weekly growl and I noticed right off the bat that it had rotated since I was last here. At first I was like "WTF, did it already growl?" when it wasn't even 8:10 yet. I stepped out of my vehicle at around 8:10. This leads me to believe Fulton may have seen my email and decided to do a second growl sometime after receiving it. I never got a response back so I don't know if they saw/acknowleged it, but it's possible this was a result of the email. It growled at 8:13 as I expected it to. Let me know if I should still call Fulton about this as well as Woodstock's Allertor being reverse wired. The video of the growl will be up at 10:00.
