CELEBRATING THE LIFE OF Pr. Stephen Patrick Achillah

Pastor Stephen Patrick Achillah was a devoted servant of God who faithfully served Deliverance Church Uganda for over 35 years. He held several leadership roles, including General Secretary and Principal of JOY Theological College, and pastored churches across Uganda and Kenya. With academic training in Fine Art and Theology, he dedicated his life to teaching, mentorship, and spiritual leadership. A gifted author, artist, and musician, Pastor Achillah was also known for building bridges across denominations and speaking at international forums. He was admired for his humility, wisdom, and enduring faith. Even in retirement, he continued to serve, describing himself as “retired but still required.” He is survived by his wife Tina, children, and grandchildren. His legacy lives on through the countless lives he impacted with love, truth, and unity in Christ.
