Easy steaks in the oven and a few little secrets to keep them very juicy and tender. Surprise everyone with this recipe and a different garnish. Ingredients: 1- 1.2 kg pork neck 2 tsp salt 2 tsp paprika 1 1/2 tsp. thyme 1 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 tbsp. olive oil 2 cloves garlic (or 1 tsp dried) For the garnish 1 small head of red onion 1 medium bell pepper (I put a little bit of 3 different colors, but it's not necessary) 3 tbsp. olive oil 1/2 tsp. salt 1 sprig of thyme 1 tsp fine couscous (can be replaced with fine bulgur) 1 1/2 tsp. water 2 handfuls of spinach Spinach is added at the end to keep it fresh. You can replace with other greens as desired. After the steaks are marinated, they can stay in the fridge for 2 days, but at least for one night to have a good time. Before cooking, take them out of the refrigerator 1-2 hours to warm them up. They are baked at a very high temperature for 2 minutes on each side and then for 30 minutes at 200 degrees in the oven. #recipe #steaks #dinner #smartcookbook
