Pilates for equestrians | Improving the riders seat
Join Lindsay Wilcox-Reid founder of EquiPilates in the second part of her mobility series. For the session, you will need a chair or mounting block and an exercise ball. The workout is aimed at riders of all disciplines and is a perfect pre ride exercise. Lindsay is a Group 3 Rider with experience of competing and training horses up to advanced levels in dressage. She is an experienced and inspirational teacher, dedicated to promoting correct training principles and bringing the biomechanics and musculature of each individual horse and rider combination together in harmony.
