Anticipar sin apresurarse: timing y decisión | EP. 92 |

OFFICIAL BLOG: https://dojoshinobu.com/ In this episode, we work on a fine-tuning that changes everything: timing. At first, it's normal to react late, but then the other extreme appears: anticipating too much and acting out of sync with what's actually happening. Here, we clarify the key difference: anticipating isn't guessing or rushing, it's perceiving. It's reading when the opponent's movement begins, when there's a real opening, and acting at the right moment, neither too early nor too late. To achieve this, you need to pay attention to the opponent's body (posture, intention, subtle signals) and avoid rushing: when you rush, you lose precision. Calmness becomes the foundation once again: being ready without rushing. When this happens, Karate-Do ceases to be about reaction… and begins to be about decision-making.
