Chongqing SHOCKED us! China's development is undeniable at this point! 🇨🇳

We were shocked by Chongqing, China's Megacity! 🇨🇳 The development and infrastructure in Chongqing are really astonishing and a great indicator of how the Chinese landscape has changed over the last decades. This city got built in a really mountainous area, which made the development of the land quite a challenge. But that's also what makes Chongqing such a special city; it's also called the 8D City because of the interesting architecture and the big changes in height that are present all over the city. To showcase this, we visited the Kuixing Plaza, which got world famous for the 22-floor drop on one side, where it looks like you are floating in the air, while the other side looks like it is the ground floor. We also went to Chongqing's deepest metro station, which is 94 meters underground, where we had to ride 6 escalators to finally reach the surface again. In the evening we went to the raffle City Skywalk to enjoy a thrilling adventure and absolutely stunning views of the Chongqing skyline at night! What a day in this crazy city here in China!
