A song based on an old Icelandic folk tale, where, in the middle of winter, the hidden people guide the parents of a lost child to where it is found, safe and sound. In the tale, there is one verse of poetry, and I knitted two more verses to it, to expand the poem and open up the story. This recording is a demo I made in my workshop. It's one take, and my voice was very raw and breaking when I made it, but I don't care, it's a true recording, just human and imperfect. I hope you are ok with that.
