Sürmene'de Çöp Üretmeyen Ekolojik Bir Köy Evi

all our mothers and fathers sure have roots in a village town or countryside. probably we visit them from summer to summer. maybe it's been told to us many times that we'd need to protect these houses, we don't know how many of us did that. this is the house of Gökçe, who returned to where she grew up in Çamburnu, Sürmene, after graduating painting in İstanbul with cuma sum laude and with a scholarship award. This place is more beautiful than every place you've seen on Instagram but Gökçe is more interested in something than the beauty of this village. she establishes an association, becomes the president and seeks solutions to environmental problems of the village as an activist. her peculiarly stylish house has nothing to do with newly bought objects ot anything sold in stores. almost everything in the house is built or shaped by Gökçe's own hands. we're happy to witness this story with our own eyes and to be able to narrate it to you. we hope you like it. #zerowaste #ecolife #karadenizhouse
