This 20 year old game actually fixed matchmaking

GunZ's the Duel's Clan War mode and Clan War Tournaments was the best fix I've ever seen for the skill based matchmaking issue that currently plagues all competitive games. I spent so many years of my life playing GunZ's Clan Wars, qualifying for Tournaments, playing in Tournaments, it was an original eSports experience before the boom of these types of games that I'll never forget. GunZ is currently on life support, private servers are your only real option in 2024 to play GunZ the Duel. I play GunZ on FXPGunZ, you can sign up and play at https://fxpgunz.com - their server has a ladder mode, clan war, quest (new quests, with new quest only rewards), training mode to teach you k-style, full replay support including rewind/pause/slow-mo, etc etc etc, constant updates, no P2W, only pay for cosmetics.
