We Were Running on Empty... But We Kept Going | Family Vlog

Some weeks are exciting... and some weeks simply test you. This week we spent time together as a family, running errands, getting our workouts in, enjoying time at the park, celebrating a birthday at Urban Air, and trying to stay consistent with creating content. But behind the smiles, we were running on very little sleep after a difficult night that left us physically and mentally drained. Life doesn't always slow down when you're tired. Sometimes you just keep showing up. Thanks for hanging out with our family and being part of the journey.
