Starting today, iPhones and Apple Watches officially support Apple Pay for MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) rides. Simply link your credit card and tap to enter the station without unlocking. Your phone can also be used briefly on backup power when the battery is low. However, please note that Apple Pay currently does not support TPASS monthly passes. TPASS is still limited to devices with "EasyCard functionality," including EasyCard Pay, Samsung Wallet EasyCard, NFC SIM cards, and some wearable devices that support EasyCard.
