The F1ZR CDI has seven connecting cables, all of which are designed to match the F1ZR's electrical system. Although the ignition system operates on the same principle, the timing advance varies from motorcycle to motorcycle. The cable colors and connections for the F1ZR CDI are as follows: 1. Orange = Coil. 2. Black = Ground. 3. Black/Red = Spool Input (AC Voltage Input from the Spool). 4. Black/White = Ignition Switch (Engine Cut Off). 5. Green/White = Ground. 6. White/Blue = Pulser. 7.
