First Ride: 2026 Specialized Turbo Levo R — What “Rally” Actually Feels Like

The Specialized Turbo Levo R takes a fresh approach to full-power electric mountain bikes, focusing on speed and handling rather than just adding travel. In this first ride review, we put it on our local trails to see how it performs in real-world conditions. With 140mm front and 130mm rear travel on a dedicated 29” platform, the Levo R pairs a lighter FACT 11m carbon frame with the Specialized 3.1 motor. In S-Works trim, it delivers up to 111Nm of torque and 850 watts of peak power, backed by an 840Wh battery with 600Wh and 280Wh options.
