Tonight we put the Magknight 787-9 to the test during a busy VATSIM Middle East event: Hajj Ops 2026. Flying for Saudia from Dubai International Airport to King Abdulaziz International Airport, we dealt with heavy regional traffic, busy ATC frequencies, routing changes, and even an FMC/navigation issue that required manual intervention using heading select. Despite the workload, the flight ended successfully with a safe landing and taxi to the Hajj Terminal in Jeddah during one of the busiest operations in the region.
