Taking a slow-living "vacation" (story 43)
Hello, friends! I've been feeling like I'm in desperate need of a little vacation ... so I took a day last week and turned it into a vacation day for Charlie and I here in the Hudson Valley. We didn't go too far ... just an hour away from the cottage. But it was exactly what I needed! We spent some time at the beautiful Vanderbilt Mansion in Hyde Park, NY and then hit up some of my very favorite thrift stores. What's your very favorite vacation spot?!
