Food Plot Cover Crop Roller
I built this crop roller the winter of 2018-19 to roll mature winter rye in our food plots prior to planting in August. Built with 6 blades that contact the ground at an aggressive angle, no a 90 degree angle, it does a great job and even works great on tough, thick weeds such as nettles, giant ragweed, burdocks, and Reed Canary grass as you'll see here. While I tow it with a compact utility tractor, it can easily be pulled by a lawn tractor as well. Simple design, easily flips over between working and transport positions.
