Fitting Success Story - Scoop for the Win

Today during Fit Tip Tuesday I'm sharing another Fitting Success Story. This time we're looking a fine-tuning the fit of a pair of pants. I love this one because it really illustrates that scooping the crotch curve can be really affective to smooth the wrinkles... If you know how! The tricky part about scooping the crotch is that there are so many ways to change the shape... Sometimes scooping down lower to remove excess fabric under her behind is NOT the answer to the problem. In this example, Jean tried scooping down lower to remove excess fabric and she ended up with a gap in the fabric right at the top of the inseams... actually creating a new problem. So she decided to try scooping to make the back crotch deeper, not lower. This pulled fabric up and out of the center of her pant for the Win!!
