The plans are in place. We got the layout. We got people working their angles. Every day we're getting a little closer to pulling this thing off. Truth be told, I should probably be focused on the heist. Instead, I somehow ended up saving a rapper from throwing himself off a casino roof. Madd Dogg was in a bad way when I found him. Drunk, angry, ready to end it all. Seeing him up there got me thinking about a few things I'd rather not think about. Fact is, I had a hand in some of the stuff that brought him down in the first place. I ain't about to tell him that, though. So I caught him, got him to the hospital, and figured that was the end of it. Turns out it wasn't. After he got himself cleaned up, he called me. Said he needed somebody he could trust. Now we're working together. Funny how life works. A few years ago I was stealing from the man. Now I'm helping him get back on his feet. Course that came with its own problems. Some fool named Big Poppa had moved into Dogg's mansion and wasn't interested in leaving. Compared to corrupt cops, government spooks, drug syndicates, and everything else I've dealt with lately, throwing that clown out wasn't exactly keeping me up at night. Now Dogg's got his house back. I've got a place up in the hills. The casino crew is ready. The plan is ready. And after everything it took to get here, I'm done waiting. Let's go rob a casino.
