Photography zines are a big deal in the photography world. But you don't have to be a photographer, and you don't have to spend a lot of money to make a physical photo zine you can hold. A photo is only really a photo when you can hold it in your hands. INK on PAPER, that we can HOLD IN OUR HANDS. This mini zine format is perfect for a photo zine. The low cost of entry is extremely low and even if you print 50+ copies, it will likely only cost you a couple of dollars. These mini photo zine is so cheap to make that you can share your zine with other people without having to worry about the cost at all. I'm a firm believer in In-Situ Resource Utilization. Use what you got. A smartphone camera, single sheet of paper and a black and white office printer can be used to make a photo zine. I'm not a professional photographer. I'm just a creative guy that also appreciates photography as an art form. When the opportunity presents itself I use my phone's camera to take a photograph. This is the second photo zine I have made in this format. Oh and if you want to get your hands on this very zine - “Foto-sin-tesis Vol. 2” - you can get the digital file on my Patreon and print and fold your own copy.
