Alongside his work in music with bands, he worked in a recording studio (Estúdio Pardal) as a recording technician, where he began his first experience with lutherie, performing adjustments on the instruments of the studio's clients (intuitively, as he had already adjusted his own instruments in his adolescence) until he decided to set up his first workshop in mid-2010 and pursue a professional career in the art of lutherie, offering services such as instrument painting, crafting, and general repairs. Currently, he works on the road as a roadie/guitar tech and luthier for the singer Lulu Santos, and in parallel, he works as a luthier for renowned musicians and artists such as Kiko from Roupa Nova, Marisa Monte, Ana Carolina, Milton Nascimento, Vinny, among others... About Alexandre Cesar:   / alexandre.cesar.luthier   Alexandre Cesar Luthier, born and raised in the North Zone of Rio de Janeiro, had his first contact with the guitar in 1996 (a Di Giorgio N16) which, ironically, warped after less than 2 months of use. From then on, he began studying music by choice and lutherie out of necessity. Between 2002 and 2014, he worked in various companies performing activities completely unrelated to music (Bicycle mechanic assistant – Administrative assistant – Call center attendant/supervisor – Telephone operator analyst), but music and lutherie accompanied him throughout this journey, until in 2014 the turning point occurred, when he embraced the profession of luthier. On social media, Alexandre has a YouTube channel with over 60,000 subscribers where he posts his main services and gives tips about the profession.
