NCG System & Flame Arrestor

In this matter, we assisted counsel defending a supplier whose flame arrestors were alleged to be defective following installation at multiple manufacturing facilities. The plaintiff claimed the devices failed to perform their safety function and sought substantial damages for replacement and regulatory compliance. Our role was to create an interactive demonstrative of the paper mill to educate the viewer on the steps and processes used to create paper, and specifically the non-condensable gases that are created as a byproduct and the systems that are used to deal with them, including the flame arrestor.
