A 46-year-old man from Ballarat, Victoria, has been arrested at Bangkok's international airport and charged with the murder of a 17-year-old girl in Pattaya, Thailand. Simon Carman was allegedly seen on CCTV entering a hotel elevator with the victim, and later leaving with a heavy suitcase containing her body.
