Chapter 10: Arriving in Da Lat + Curry, Night Markets and Coffee at 1500 Metres Above Sea Level

This place is unlike anywhere else I've been in Vietnam. First order of business was food. I hit up Curry Chaaa for what turned out to be one of the best curries of my life. Then a walk through the bustling night market before ending the evening at a place called The Married Beans. Da Lat has been growing coffee since the French colonial era and the cool mountain climate and volcanic soil produce some of Vietnam's finest Arabica beans. One sip and you'll understand the hype.
