Top with canned mackerel, mayonnaise, two splashes of ponzu sauce, onion, and shichimi pepper and you're done! Hikibari udon noodles 1 pack of crushed natto (sauce and mustard are also used) 60g-70g boiled mackerel, 1.5 tablespoons of simmered water, 1 raw egg Scallion, 1 pinch of sugar, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, and 6 shakes of Ajinomoto to make the sauce.
