Which Coloured Pencils Work BEST in Millie Marotta Colouring Books? (Full Test)

If you have been wondering which coloured pencils work best in Millie Marotta’s colouring books, this video puts 12 different pencil brands to the test on the paper in Island Escape. After noticing that Prismacolor pencils can feel slightly slick on this smoother paper, I wanted to properly compare how different wax-based and oil-based pencils perform. In this coloured pencil performance test, I use the same colour combination across all brands to see which pencils blend smoothly, layer well, and feel the most comfortable on the page. Brands tested include Prismacolor, Polychromos, Luminance, Black Widow, Arrtx, Castle Arts, Holbein, Chromaflow, Artisa and more. By the end, I share which pencils performed best for me on Millie Marotta’s paper and which ones surprised me the most. Remember, you do not need to buy new pencils.
