Forging bolt tongs under the power hammer

Demonstrating some of the tooling and process I use to forge bolt tongs under the power hammer. Starting off with 200mm of 15mm square bar (16mm works fine, too), the first two-sided setdown is 20mm in, forging down to 8mm square (using the setdown tool with integrated kiss blocks). The second setdown is made automatically via the tooling, 50mm in from the original bar, the third setdown is at 70mm from the original bar. Then you draw out the reins. Then forge the boss and the jaws from the isolated lumps of about 20mm each. Proceed to punch holes for a 10x25 rivet (not shown, can be done easily under the hammer, too). Adjusting and bending I do by hand.
