MANGO ALASKA || مینگو الاسکا

This is the way i make MANGO ALASKA desert ,very easy and yummy desert has been made in no time so try it and like, share and subscribe. INGREDIENTS FOR MANGO SAUCE : mango puree 200 gm sugar 100 gm water 250 ml. put puree in a saucepan and add sugar and water. mix well and cook on medium low flame for 10 to 12 mins then cool it down completely. INGREDIENTS FOR MANGO ALASKA : mangoes 4 large sliced ( make puree in a grinder and strain to remove the fiber from it ) condensed milk 3/4 cup yellow food color 4 to 6 drops mango essence 1/2 tsp double / whipping / heavy cream 400 ml plain cake slices or Oreo biscuits. milk as required. blanched and sliced pistachio for garnishing. mango syrup for garnishing whipped cream for garnishing small mango chunks for garnishing and layering METHOD : first make puree and strain it. take chilled cream ,chilled bowl and chilled beater whiskers. beat cream for 2 mins on low speed. then add condensed milk and beat again for 2,3 mins. then add mango puree and beat again .check sweetness adjust add if required. add mango essence and food color and mix well. pour half better in a square or rectangular serving dish. add mango chunks layer cake slices. pour milk on slices.( i forgot that step) add mango chunks again. garnish with pistachios , mango sauce or whipped cream chilled in fridge for few hours then serve. OR cover with a cling film and put in the freezer for 7 to 8 hours to freeze properly. then take it out and garnish with pistachios, mango sauce or whipped cream then serve.
