La Brigata Garibaldi - Italian Communist Partisan Song
Thanks to Martino De Falco for translating the song again! I couldn't find a full version of this song anywhere, so I had to edit the song to create the ending myself. Hopefully it isn't noticeable or too obvious. Now, about the song itself: This one was written in 1944 by a group of communist partisans in the Garibaldi brigade, which was a partisan brigade created by the Italian Communist Party in September 1943. Most of the members were socialists, communists and anarchists. They usually wore red scarves around their necks and a red star on their hats. The man in the photo is Vincenzo "Cino" Moscatelli, a partisan commander of the Garibaldi brigade in Valsesia. He is one of the most respected and best known partisans. After the war, he became a politician of the communist party.
