A350 Singapore - Bangkok | Thai Airways ROYAL SILK

Hello to all the lovely people. Welcome back to my channel. In today's video, I will be showing you my flying experience on Thai Airways A350's Business Class from Singapore to Bangkok. This is actually my first experience with Thai's A350 Royal Silk Class. My first experience was on Thai's 787 Business Class from KUL to BKK. As an overall, nothing major "wow" me despite the food is good and seats are great. At least on this flight, I didn't encounter dirty seats again, (click the link to watch my TG 787 KUL-BKK's trip report). However, there are still some can be pinpointed out. No menu for Royal Silk's passengers. About the crew, it really depends on your luck. Some crew are great but some are not, they just rush to finish the service. The guy who carried basket of bread, just stand in front of me without saying anything or asking me if I want any bread. He was also the one who served me welcoming drinks. Just carried a tray of welcoming drinks and without saying anywhere. In terms of safety check, there are some varies too. On KUL-BKK's trip, crew would make sure the side armrest is lowered, TV screen is at its original position and drinking glass to be cleared before take off. However, on the SIN-BKK's route, none of those mentioned were done by the crew. Erratic! They just swiftly stormed through the cabin and get to their take off position, despite the taxi-ng is very long. Lavatories are dirty, wet, even before take off, it should be properly cleaned but it was dirty and amenities are not stocked up. Junior crew are smiling, attentive and proactive in checking if passengers still need something else, offering another drinks or snack to the passengers. All in all, this airlines only deserve an average to above average rating from me. To me, there is still lots of improvement and management needs to work hard to keep this Thai national carrier's fame and glory shining. My next plan is to experience their brand new product on B773ER. [Some basic info] Thai Airways currenly own 12 A350-941. There are 321 seats onboard with 32 Royal Silk in staggered position. A350 are mostly deployed for Jakarta, Munich, Milan, Stockholm, Jakarta, Denpasar, Seoul, Melbourne and others. However, I personally notice that fleet type could change anytime. It is advised that passengers and aviation enthusiasts to check the fleet type from time to time.
