Hi, today I'm sharing with you a bad day of mine, caused by an overload caused by both my ADHD and PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder). I wanted to share this experience with you because maybe it can help someone else, experiencing the same situations as me, feel understood, understood, and less alone in dealing with these emotional storms. It's not easy to live with these constant emotional waves, but it's possible by learning to know, understand, and, above all, accept yourself in these moments. Psychotherapy plays a fundamental role in all of this because it gives you the right tools to learn to manage everything, even on your own.
