MUSEUM BOUND: JR 203 Series Prepared for Preservation & Depok Depot Fleet Update Mid-December 2025 update from Depok EMU Depot. Today, we witness historic preparations for the transfer of the JR 203 Series to the Ambarawa Railway Museum. Alongside this, several Tokyo Metro sets including TM 6027, TM 6031, and TM 6124F were spotted during shunting operations at the depot. [Special Highlight] The Tokyo Metro 7023, which reportedly made its "Final Run" on November 11, 2025, is actually still active inside Depok Depot, currently serving as a dedicated depot shunter. In this video, I provide an in-depth look at the current status of the TM 6000, TM 7000, and JR 203 fleets. We caught the shunting movements of sets TM 6027, 6031, 6124F, JR 203-109 & 108, and JR 203-106. 2025 Year-End Retirement List: As we reach the end of 2025, several legendary Japanese-built series are officially being withdrawn from service: Tokyo Metro 7000 Series: TM 7022 and TM 7023. JR 203 Series: Sets 106, 108, and 109. Tokyo Metro 6000 (Chopper): Sets 6006, 6007, and 6023. Tokyu Series: 8003-8004, 8504-8510, and the legendary 8518 "JALITA."
