I Went to Hamvention… and Bought WAY Too Much

I finally made it to Hamvention in Xenia, Ohio, and let’s just say… I had a blast, but my wallet may not have survived the trip. In this video, I go through the items I picked up while walking around Hamvention, checking out the vendors, browsing the flea market, and enjoying one of the biggest amateur radio events of the year. Some of these items were planned purchases, and a few were definitely “I probably shouldn’t, but I’m going to anyway” buys. Hamvention is always an incredible experience for amateur radio operators. Between the gear, the people, the conversations, and the atmosphere, it is easy to get caught up in the excitement. This video is my personal Hamvention haul and a look at what followed me home from Xenia. Did I spend too much? Probably. Was it worth it? You’ll have to watch and decide. Thanks for watching, and let me know in the comments what your favorite Hamvention purchase has been — or what item you regret not buying.
