Today we are replacing the coolant expansion tank on our 2002 BMW 325I E46. This has the inline 6 M54 motor that is also found in other 3 series e46's. We replaced the expansion tank due to a coolant leak. The cooling systems are the achilles heel of the e46 platform. In this video we go over the process of replacing the expansion tank as well as bleeding the cooling system. The process isn't too hard.
