Morris motors 1939
taken from the pathe film The gift with the actors edited out , leaving only the factory scenes. this is the second upload because on the first one I later found out it was blocked in some parts of the world, this is due to the music used not the actual footage, so offending music removed here it is again. from raw steel to finished product, the film opens with the sounds of the blast furnace, then ambient factory sounds ..... believed late 30s showing the manufacture of the Morris 8/10, it's incredible to think that pretty much everything is made in house, casting , steel rolling, and sheet metal rolling, but then it seems to be the way in those days with most other car factory's, a lot of investment had gone into the factory between 1929 and 1939 , in fact it looked more like a cottage industry back then .
