OFF Gen meeting 20250818 Judy Bush video1776669992
Urban Environmental Policy, presented by Judy Bush BSc (Hons) MEnv PhD, a Senior Research Fellow with the Faculty of Architecture, Building and Planning at University of Melbourne. Judy discusses whether policy can protect our trees and urban nature, which we need in our cities, for sustainable and resilient urban areas, to support health and wellbeing, and as habitat for urban biodiversity. Climate change and biodiversity crises make this more urgent, but urbanisation and land use changes result in tree removals, and destruction of nature.
