I picked this scene because of its simplicity and high contrast. We play with different kinds of blue and learn how to turn blue into black. I never and prefer not to use any black in my painting because I found it to be flat, muddy, and boring. I prefer using ink if I really need black. The challenge here is to keep the grasses and rocks has some light areas where the sun hits them. Just use any color you have and you think looks similar in hue. Fabriano Artistico watercolor paper 300g (100% cotton) size A5 ** Always try to use 100% cotton paper when painting landscape. This is the first recipe to be successful in painting landscape. The second recipe is Artist quality watercolor paint watercolor painting-brush: size 8, 4, 1 round, no 1 flat and no 6 filbert ** I changed my brush from time to time because I don't want to waste the pigment buy always rinse it every time I need to change color. Instead, I use several brushes and hold different pigments on each of them. masking tape Masking fluid ** apply soap in your brush before deep it in masking fluid.
