Roast beef appetizer that Chef Lu learned from her grandmother. Besides being super special, it's a delicious recipe to enjoy with friends. Yield: 3 servings INGREDIENTS: 500g beef tenderloin 2 tablespoons oil 2 cloves garlic Salt ½ onion 1 tomato, peeled and seeded 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 6 teaspoons mustard 8 tablespoons ketchup PREPARATION: 1. Season the meat well with salt and pepper. 2. Heat the oil well, sear the meat (let it brown on all sides). 3. Bake the meat in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 10 to 15 minutes. 4. In the same pan, add the onion, tomato, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and ketchup. 5. Let the tomato soften a little and add a splash of water. 5. Slice the roast beef very thinly and serve with the sauce on top.
