Limoncello / Licor de Limón

Limoncello is a very popular Italian liqueur made from lemon zest. It is traditionally prepared with lemons typical of the Amalfi Coast. The history of limoncello is based on various legends and anecdotes, and its invention is, in fact, disputed between Amalfi, Sorrento, and Capri. It is very easy to make at home.
