Production Manager Josh Oliver started his RoyOMartin journey at the former sawmill in LeMoyen, Louisiana. He worked his way up, eventually becoming a certified lumber inspector. When construction of RoyOMartin’s Oakdale OSB mill was announced, Josh recognized the seeds of a new culture of opportunity and knew he had more to offer the company. He transferred to the Oakdale mill as a production team member and has steadily grown both his skills and responsibilities.
