I was really looking forward to this descent... I'd seen it in videos and it's always the same, the images never capture the true steepness and danger. Now it was my turn to be surprised by this descent. Now that I know it, I promise that next time I'll put my foot down less. I have to say that the vertical section (without diminishing its difficulty) seems less technically demanding than what comes after: very technical sections among rocks, roots, and pine trees, not to mention steep and narrow. You have to be a real pro and know the trail well to get through them without putting your foot down.
