And without even thinking, the patient usually performs passive exercises through passive exercise is a body movement. Still, it is without the patient's effort, and when a patient conducts exercise without their effort does not benefit them. Therefore patients who perform active exercises recover more quickly than patient who performs passive exercises. There are two types of exercises 1. Active exercise 2. Passive exercise Whenever a patient suffers a stroke, this happens due to brain clots a brain Hemorrhage, the patient, which results in the dead part of the brain. Therefore every patient needs to repeat the exercise and train the brain to start their function naturally. Neuroplasticity is the remarkable power of our brain, which helps in the body's recovery and muscle movement. The patient loses muscle movement due to spinal injury also. So if there is the right side of the brain that is affected, then the patient's left side of the body loses their muscle movement. It is the condition of the patient by which exercises are assigned to patients. If the patient is bedridden, then passive practices are suitable for the patient. Bedridden patients must perform the passive exercise to remove stiffness as well as to avoid muscle atrophy. The caretaker's effort that is applied during passive exercise like a caretaker needs to open the finger, close the fingers, then open the hand and then close the hand of the patient and doing so will help the bedridden patient from any stiffness as well as muscle atrophy. And when a patient starts to recover and can walk with support, the patient is recommended to perform active exercises as performing passive exercises will not help the patient recover independently. We need to assist the patient and train their brains to help the patient regain their muscle movement. Therefore we advise every patient to do their daily work, which they used to do before their paralysis. We must make sure that the patient makes efforts to perform exercises. It is the brain clot or hemorrhage that affects the movement, so the patient must work on the repetition of exercises and the brain to regain the muscle movement because muscles are excellent in the patient. It is the brain that needs to be trained. We can also ask the patient to take Oil on their fingertips and apply it to their hair clockwise and anticlockwise. It is the memory of the brain of the patient which helps them to perform every movement. Therefore, we advise the paralysis patient to repeat their exercise and perform it Daily. Suppose the patient eats medicine and does not perform the exercises. It will not help the patient in their muscle movement as it is essential to eat medicines and perform exercises. If a patient faces stiffness in the body, we advise the patient to massage the affected area with a light heart and upward. And to perform a massage, a caretaker must first open the patient's fingers and then apply the Oil with a soft hand in the upward direction. Along with that, if a patient is suffering from pain in the shoulder, then a caretaker must massage in a circular motion with Oil and do hot water fomentation there. Caretakers can also ask the patient to perform task-based exercises that will help in their muscle movement as task-based exercises will build the patient's interest and help in the movement. Therefore every paralysis patient must : 1. take a proper diet 2. Train your brain 3. eat medicines on time 4. perform active exercises #लकवे_के_मरीज़_के_लिए_जरुरी_एक्सरसाइज #must_do_exercise_for_paralysis_patient #ayurvedic_paralysis_treatment
