Rheumatic Heart Disease is debilitating illness that can kill. It is supposed to be extinct in first world countries, but Australia has the highest rates of RHD in the world. Called the disease of the poor, it's wiping out generations of Indigenous Australians .. when it can be stopped with a simple medical treatment..
